Wine is pale yellow with tinges of green. On the nose it offers floral notes with white fruit such as green apple and lemon, with a pronounced minerality. On the palate, the wine has aromas of ripe peach, pineapple and yellow apple with a touch of hazelnut and butter. The wine is medium bodied with a long finish. It has a bright acidity that gives it a beautiful backbone and a great potential for ageing.

Domaine Katsaros is a small family enterprise established in 1985 in the traditional wine country of Krania, Mount Olympus, in Northern Greece. At 750 meters above sea level, this twenty-acre vineyard is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay.
