This is a full – bodied red wine with a dark gravitas of ripe berry and cherry. It is typified by its profusely perfumed nose of violets and sweet cedar wood, and a palate packed with lasting flavors of fruit, chocolate, and soft tannins.

It pairs well with hearty sauces or simply grilled, pot roast, game, and hard cheeses.
